About Our Solar Company in Richardson

We design, install and maintain solar for homeowners, and we treat the permit and inspection side of the work with the same care as the panels themselves. You get a clear plan, tidy work on your home and plain explanations of every step the city requires.

Who We Are and What We Do

We are a residential solar company working with homeowners across Richardson and the surrounding area. Our work covers solar panel installation, roof-mounted solar, battery storage, solar repair and panel cleaning. Most of it happens outside: on your roof, and along the wall of your home where the meter, disconnect and inverter are mounted. We treat that space as part of your home, not a job site.

A solar system is an electrical system first. It connects to your home's service panel and, through it, to the utility grid. That usually means a building permit, an electrical permit, a city inspection and an interconnection approval from your utility before the system is switched on. We prepare and file that paperwork, and we explain each step as it comes, so you know why an inspector is visiting and what they will check.

Before any work begins, you receive a written plan showing the panel layout, how the racking attaches, where conduit will run and which equipment goes where. If we find something that changes the plan, such as a main panel that cannot safely accept a new solar breaker, we tell you before going further and walk you through the options. You are never asked to approve work you have not seen described.

How We Work on Every Job

Permits approved before mounting

We file plans with the city and wait for approval before anything is attached to your roof. Our crew installs to the approved drawings, so what the inspector sees matches what was reviewed.

Code details you can see

Clearly labeled disconnects, the rapid shutdown equipment the electrical code requires, conduit strapped neatly along the eaves and properly sealed roof attachments. These are the points inspectors look at closely. They also keep the system safe for anyone who services it later, including firefighters.

An honest answer on repairs

When a system underperforms, we test before we recommend anything. You get photos of what we found and a written explanation of whether a repair, a cleaning or a component swap makes sense.

Care for your property

We protect landscaping and walkways, keep the driveway usable and clear away packaging and offcuts at the end of each day. When we leave, the only change should be the system you asked for.
